    When should master keyed locks be rekeyed?<\/h2>\n

    There\u2019s some situations in which it’s more practical and affordable to rekey a master keyed lock. If all the locks contain the same variety of keyhole and come with their own key, you can rekey the lock to allow for a group of keys to open them all. If you lose a copy of the old key, you can easily rekey the lock rendering the previous key unusable. When you move into a new house, rekeying can ensure that no previous tenant can get into the property.<\/p>\n
